This game can accommodate a maximum of 600 paying spectators in line with necessary Covid-19 risk rules. We would ask for your co-operation in helping to make the Top Field a safe place to watch football by observing and respecting all necessary rules that we have had to put in place to achieve this. The main points are listed here:
Programme:
We will be producing programmes in the following formats this season:
Online: Can be downloaded before or after the game.
Hard Copy: A hard copy programme will be produced in a limited quantity. This can be bought online in advance for collection at the game. This is the only way of guaranteeing to obtain a copy. There will be no copies of programmes on sale at the game.
Entry to ground:
Access to the ground, after temperature check and name check/ticket scan, will be at the following earliest times:
Players and Playing Staff: 1:00
Spectators: 1:30
Access to Bar area (need to check back in)
The bar facilities are outside of the ground and will be open throughout the duration of the game, before and afterwards. Once you enter the ground for the game, the bar will not be accessible until half time. If anyone insists on leaving the ground having entered, or during the first half to access the bar, then they will not be permitted to re-enter the ground until after half time, on production of their ticket.
The gates will be open at half time to allow anyone access to the bar who requires it, but please be aware that you will need to present your ticket again to get back into the ground in the second half, so please make absolutely sure you retain your tickets.
Re-entry to the ground will not be permitted to anyone who cannot present their ticket for scanning.
Children
Children attending the match must at all times stay with their parent(s) or guardians. They will not be allowed to roam freely around the ground.
Dogs
We welcome dog owners bringing well-behaved dogs to games, but they must be kept on a lead at all times.
Pushchairs/Buggies/Wheelchairs
These will be allocated to the best points to maintain social distancing (open area between Fishponds Road stand and the Main Stand, and the grassed area between the Main Stand and the Bedford Road end). These cannot be accommodated in stands under cover.
Open areas of the ground – if it rains
Please note that if you choose to stand in an uncovered area of the ground, and it then rains, it may not be possible to freely permit entry into a covered stand, as social distancing must be maintained and we have a maximum recommended number of spectators for each stand. Therefore if rain is forecast, we strongly recommend you bring waterproof clothing.
Food and Drink
We will be able to supply food and drink for spectators at the game.
