Herne Bay FC Vs Rising Stars Yellow U11 - Away

The Bay Boys were away today in Whitstable against Rising Stars Yellow.

With illnesses and injuries during the week, the bay got off to a slow start, but soon found the energy that we know that they can bring. Both teams showcased their skill and passion throughout, and it was clear that it wasn’t going to be an easy game for either team.

The Bay was awarded a penalty late in the first half. Taken and won by Walter!

Lots of great play and tackles by both teams made for an interesting watch for spectators on both sides.

Parent's player of the week went to Jude, who never ever stops! He was constantly winning the ball, making great tackles and keeping his head in the game.

Man of the match this week went to Walter. Wal stayed strong the whole game, getting himself into good positions and communicating well with his teammates.

Trainer of the week went to Jacob. Jacob always puts his all in at training, listening, learning and then goes out and puts it all into practice!

What is really nice to see is the boys' parents always positively encouraging them week after week, no matter what the result.
