Bay U15s Show Grit and Determination

The under 15s came from behind twice to win a thoroughly enjoyable and tough game away at Deal.

Deal took the lead midway through the 1st half and had the upper hand behind a fine strike for Bodie Mason made it level at the break.

A much improved 2nd half saw Deal score against the run of play but the very busy and constant threat Baileigh Bellem equalised with a clever run behind their backline and then placed a delightful lob over the outcoming keeper. The winner came from Mason Bristow with 15 minutes remaining when he beat the keeper and Deal defender to poke the ball home. A very good team performance showing grit, determination and at times some good passages of play against a Deal team who will cause teams problems this season.
