First pre season session

Herne Bay Women returned to training on Tuesday evening ahead of the 2019/20 season back in the SECWFL Premier Division.

Manager Peter Whittaker said, "It was fantastic to see everyone back. It was a really excellent session with 12 different circuit sessions ".

Herne Bay Women will start their league season back in the Premier Division on Sunday 1st September and expect the fixtures to be released by the league at the end of July / beginning of August. However, they may be in competitive action as early as Sunday 18th August depending on whether they get a bye or not in the Preliminary Round of the SSE FA Women's Cup.

The first pre season fixture is scheduled for Sunday 28th August away to L&SERWFL side Aylesford. Other scheduled pre season matches are:

Sun 4th Aug away v Meridian
Sun 11th Aug HOME v Dartford KO 2:30pm
Sun 18th Aug HOME v Sittingbourne KO 2:30 pm (dependent on FA Cup draw)

Meanwhile the Women's Reserves will start their league campaign in the SECWFL Kent Division 2 (East) on Sunday 8th September with fixtures being released in early August.
