Joe links up once again with his former manager, Ben Smith, under whom he enjoyed some of the most prolific form of his career. He was a key figure in Ramsgate’s rise to the Isthmian Premier Division, earning a reputation as one of the most dangerous and sought-after forwards at Step 4 and above.

Joe is a proven goal scorer, highlighted by his 178 goals for Ramsgate. Joe adds immediate quality and experience to the squad as preparations continue for the new campaign.
