Everyone at Herne Bay Football Club is absolutely delighted to announce the signing of David Ozobia, who joins the Bay following a spell playing for VCD Athletic.

The talented midfielder, who started out in the Charlton Athletic and Queens Park Rangers' Youth setups, also counts Harrow Borough among his former clubs.

David was a regular fixture in this season's VCD Athletic side, making 20 appearances and scoring twice, once against Corinthian on November 5 and once against Faversham Town on November 12.

Speaking after signing on the dotted line at the MBS Stadium, David was delighted to have

"I am very excited to join Kev and the boys at Herne Bay," said Ozobia.

"From the first two sessions, it’s been a great environment in which I am to develop.

"Hopefully I can help get the club further up the table."

He will be available for selection ahead of Saturday's Isthmian League Premier Division match against Wingate & Finchley.
