Bay completed their pre season schedule with a comfortable victory over Kent Divisional side Thanet United. Manager Peter Whittaker gave run outs to most of his squad and with Jemma Barton coming through a fitness test and scoring just before half-time, the news was all good for the Ladies. Izzie Quinney grabbed a brace and United pushed hard in the second half to register a consolation goal just before the final whistle. Chloe Woolaway had extended Bay's lead seven minutes before the ninety were up.

"We put some good moves together tonight and played some terrific passing football", said manager Peter Whittaker, "now the season starts in earnest on Sunday and we are ready".
