It is with great regret that Tom Carlton has asked to leave the club with immediate effect. He has become extremely frustrated over the last few weeks
and he feels this is affecting his play on the pitch. I have spoken with Tom hoping he would change his mind but he feels it would be better if he moved on.

I thanked Tom for his all he has achieved playing for Herne Bay and we have really enjoyed having him at the club. I told him he will be sorely missed by all at the club and more importantly by the Herne Bay barmy army fans.

We wish Tom all the best with his football career.
