2019/20 season

We want to keep the momentum going
- Peter Whittaker

Hern Bay FC Ladies have a full schedule ahead of their new season back in the SECWFL Premier Division.

They will be taking part in two summer tournaments:

Sun 2nd June Castle Colts
Sun 14th July Bexhill Utd at Bodiam, Robertsbridge.

Pre Season fixtures:

Sun 28th July Away v Aylesford KO 2:00 pm

Aylesford play in the London & South East Women's Regional Football League, one division above Herne Bay. We played them last season in the Kent Women's FA Cup, knocking them out on penalties. Aylesford finished 8th in their league last season, one place above the relegation zone.

Sun 4th August Away v Meridian KO 12:00 pm

Meridian will be playing in the SECWFL Division One (East) next season after finishing bottom of the Premier Division last term. They play at the Victory Academy in Chatham.

Sun 11th August Home v Dartford KO 2:30 pm

Dartford play in the London & South East Women's Regional Football League like Aylesford. They finished third last season under the name of London Kent Football United (not to be confused with Kent Football United who won the league). They were also previously known as London Corithians. Their home games are played on the 3g facility at Princes Park.

Sun 18th August Home v Sittingbourne KO 2:30 pm

Sittingbourne will be playing in the SECWFL Division One (East) next season after winning Kent Division One last season winning 13 of their 16 league games, drawing 2 and losing just the once.

"The squad is having a well earned break at the moment but will be back in training very soon", said manager Peter Whittaker, "The pre season schedule has been designed to both get us ready for the new season back in the Premier Division and to challenge us with a couple of fixtures against higher league opposition. We want to keep the momentum going".
